If you're feeling overwhelmed with your MCAT prep,
Drowning in the sheer amount of content you have to study
to the point where you have trouble sleeping because this exam consumes your thoughts 24/7,
Making you question ‘am I even cut out to be a doctor?’
You've come to the right place!
If you’ve tried everything they (fellow premeds, advisers, self proclaimed 520 testers.) tell you to do, but it’s not working and you're wondering, ‘what am I doing wrong?’
You know you MUST be missing something, but you can’t quite put your finger on it.
You know you NEED help, but tutors are expensive.
I'm Here To Help!
In working with thousands of premed students for over a decade I’ve seen firsthand what challenges come up every step of the way.
In studying the patterns of issues, and taking notes on what ultimately led to their success, I was able to create a system for you to follow to help you along on your self study Journey.
Through a series of videos, tutorials, and homework assignments, my self study system will guide you on your journey to help you:
-
Figure out exactly where you stand NOW with your MCAT journey,
-
Help you choose realistic goals and targets for YOUR situation
-
Walk you through HOW to map out the exact journey from where you are to where you’re going
-
Guide you in creating a realistic plan to execute on the individual steps as they slowly add up to your goal
-
Help you with the challenges and pitfalls that inevitably come up along the way
Sure, the ideal situation is working one-on-one with a mentor (like myself) to guide you step by step through the process. And this IS what I offer in my Comprehensive Study Hall program (Limited spots at $499/month).
But $499 / month doesn’t work on the typical student budget.
I grew up with an unemployed single mother, relying on charity and government assistance, so I get it. By sophomore year of college, I was living on my own and working 3 part-time jobs – Science tutor, EMT and US Navy Reserves – just to make ends meet.
I also understand what it’s like to struggle on your own, failing at what you think is the right path, unsure of where to turn and how to find the answers.
This is exactly why I created the Self Study level of the Study Hall
A program to guide you on your self study journey, WITHOUT running into the issues above,
to give you the help you need at a price that you can afford.
As a self Study Member you get access to
-
- MCAT-Specific Bootcamps for Physics, General Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, and Non-Calculator MCAT Math.
- Strategy Bootcamp to create a solid, customized plan that you’re excited to dive into rather than being overwhelmed by.
- Customizable Progress Tracker to help you stay on track with your goals every step of the way.
- Members-Only Facebook Tutoring & Support Group where you can post your daily questions and stay connected with your fellow pre-meds.
- Group Office Hour Sessions Weekly sessions to get customized support and troubleshoot your specific obstacles.
While all of this IS enough to get you on the right track,
After talking with dozens of students, I've learned that
You want a more clear-cut, step-by-step study plan.
And that's why I created this program, at an affordable price of just $199 / month
Limited Time Special Offer – New Strategy Module Testers Needed
The Self Study Level is relatively new and still a work in progress. The current program contains my original MCAT Strategy Bootcamp which gives you everything you need to create your own custom strategy and direction.

- What to do when you plateau
- How to troubleshoot your MCAT struggles
AND MORE!
This new module is actively being designed with you in mind to give you everything you need for a successful MCAT strategy in bite-sized pieces so that you don't get distracted from your studies.

The New Self Study Program Explained
After creating my primary program, the Comprehensive MCAT Study Hall, I realized it wasn't for everyone.
-
I am limited in how many one on one students I can work with at any given time.
-
The Comprehensive cost of $499/month is out of the average student budget.
Many students asked for ‘access to the Study Hall without the hands-on guidance' and so I used to offer this at a discount. JUST access to the library and forum. Without the one-on-one component and without the guidance on HOW to proceed and get unstuck.
It didn't work for everyone as many students struggled to stay motivated and keep up with their goals.
In working with them and started looking for patterns. WHERE do students get stuck, WHAT are the common pitfalls, HOW were they getting around it?
THIS is how the Self Study program was born. In addition to regular Study Hall access, I created (and am still working on) a system for you to follow, with a step by step checklist for every step of the way.
We already released the first and most important module, getting started and staying on track because THIS is where students tend to get stuck.
We're now working on the study strategy module as explained above.
If you've been studying for a while, postponing, procrastinating or just NOT making progress,
This could very well be THE thing missing in your MCAT prep.
I've attempted MCAT prep before, but am unsure if where or how to begin
I’ve been trying the self-study method and it’s just not working
I KNOW what to do, but with so many resources, I’m completely overwhelmed
I’m a Non-traditional student and feel older than the average premed
I’m trying to balance MCAT prep around work, family, school and life
I’ve attempted a ‘big name’ prep course but it felt ‘off’
‘Generic’ MCAT study plans aren’t working for me, not sure exactly why
It’s been ages since science class (or it feels like ages) and I’m worried about how much I have to relearn
I’ve considered giving up (more than once) because process is so overwhelming
I feel so alone in my premed journey
Any one of these can be overwhelming. But if it's more than 1 (or 2 or 3) then you've certainly come to the right place.
In helping hundreds of pre-meds get into medical school over the last decade, I recognize that success on the MCAT requires the following 3 pillars:
-
Foundation – because even though it’s not a content exam, you still need a rock-solid content foundation to tackle passages and questions. Become aware of your weaknesses and strengthen them, leaving no gaps. Then, maximize your strengths for your best scores.
-
Strategy – so you know exactly what to do every step of the way. Create a road map of your goals with measurable checkpoints and accountability. Never be left guessing and confused.
-
Support – because it’s so easy to lose your way, to feel overwhelmed and alone. And you can’t afford to give up now. You don't have to do this alone.
Here is how all of that is addressed in the MCAT Study Hall:
-
Orientation Module: THIS is the first and most difficult hurdle, getting started. Not anymore, this module walks you through getting started and set up with your MCAT study plan.
-
MCAT Strategy Bootcamp: If you’re starting fresh, starting over, or looking to continue with a more strategic plan, the Strategy Bootcamp will help you fill in the exact what, where, when and how of your MCAT plan.
-
Easy Data Tracking: Forget complex spreadsheets and endless math, I have it all ready for you to track (and auto calculate). From tracking progress, your schedule and calendar, weekly goals, FL scores, target improvements and more.
-
MCAT Science Bootcamps: Learn Physics, Gen-Chem, Orgo, Bio, and Biochem from the beginning so you're not relying on what you remember from class.
-
Foundations In MCAT Math Bootcamp: More than just mental math, this is the ‘how to do this quickly under pressure without a calculator' type math.
-
Support and Community: Premed, especially the non-trad route can be very lonely. Not anymore with the members-only Facebook group + virtual meetups.
-
Members Only Forum/Support Group (on Facebook) so you’re not alone, for daily accountability, daily questions, support, motivation and more. Ask questions on content, practice, passages, full lengths and anything premed.
-
Weekly Live Sessions and Office Hours: 1-2 (typically 2) live sessions per week to discuss your strategy / schedule / progress, ask questions, practice passages, virtual meetups and more.

Study Hall FAQ
I'm worried about spending money right now, especially after how much I've already paid for MCAT prep
I get it, this isn't your ‘cup of coffee impulse buy'. Even at the super discounted rate, the Study Hall is still quite the investment. I will make sure that when you invest to work with me and my assistant, you feel safe and supported the entire time.
And while it may sound ‘safer' to try going it alone, scrounging the internet for free resources (including my website), how much more time and effort will that cost you in the long run?
How much time wasted trying to figure it out, paying $300+ for a test date only to pay yet again (and again) to postpone and cancel?
If this isn't for you, that's ok. But if you feel that the Study Hall will help you finally reach your whitecoat dreams, NOW is the time to invest in yourself and your future.
Question: What's the difference between the Comprehensive and Self Study Level Study Hall Programs?
The Study Hall included with the Comprehensive and Self Study Level programs are EXACTLY THE SAME. The only difference is the level of hands on support at each level. In addition to everything listed above for the Self Study level, Comprehensive members also get one-on-one guidance and support through direct messaging, tracker help, and one-on-one sessions.
While I am still there for you in live Office Hours and the Facebook group, my daily involvement is lower than the hands-on program which is how I am able to make this a budget friendly yet still exactly what you need program.
Although the Self Study level does NOT include strategy, members can purchase an add-on session for just $199 as needed.
Question: Do I still get access to everything in the Study Hall as a Self Study member?
Yes! The core Study Hall program is exactly the same. The Self Study program is simply less hands-on. Same guidance, same strategy, same advice, same access to weekly live sessions.
Question: What if I can't make the live Office Hours sessions?
No problem! If you can't make the session live, you will still have the opportunity to submit your question ahead of time. I will still answer your question even if you can't make it to the session, and all sessions are recorded and then added to the Study Hall video library.
Question: How come the Study Hall doesn’t include anything about Psychology and Sociology?
I firmly believe you should only learn from someone who’s a master at their craft — and I haven’t mastered these topics yet. Independently, I study and practice these topics so I can still help out and answer questions, but I’m not yet willing to call myself an expert. Once I feel that I can teach with 100% confidence, I will add these topics to the Study Hall.
Question: I haven’t taken XYZ subject. Will this program still help me? (The most common subjects not taken: Orgo 2 and Biochem.)
This depends on how close you are to your MCAT date. I’ve worked with quite a few students who take an MCAT subject class after their MCAT. That’s okay, but this means you’ll have to put in twice the effort to learn the material on your own.
The good news is that even students who have taken the class tend to forget some or all of the material. Each of the science bootcamps is taught from a beginner's perspective to ensure that if you ever missed something in your classes, or never took the classes, you still get the proper MCAT foundation in this subject.
Question: Have you taken the MCAT under the current scoring system?
I would if I could! Tutors and those affiliated with MCAT prep aren’t allowed to take the test — only people who actually intend to go to medical school are permitted. (I signed up for the new exam, got reported and banned). For that reason, I’m not able to take the test. To overcome that, I’ve done everything in my power to ensure a full understanding of today’s MCAT testing environment.
Question: If I sign up for the MCAT Study Hall, can you guarantee that I’ll score my target score?
NO! No one should realistically make this type of guarantee. Every student is different, every situation is unique, and, no matter how much I provide, at the end of the day it comes down to you.
How hard are you willing to work in order to attain your target MCAT score? I’ll do my best by helping you craft a strategy, by pointing you to the correct Study Hall resources, and by being there for you to help guide and motivate and answer your questions in live Office Hours, your tracker, and Facebook group. But at the end of the day, it will be up to you to put in the work and utilize the resources available.
Question: Does your program come with practice tests and questions?
No, there are no passages and full lengths. As a small business, I don't have the resources to create practice exams that are close enough to the real thing to be worth your time. Instead, I focus my time/resources on teaching the material and ensuring that my students know how to prepare for this exam.
That being said, as a Study Hall member, I will guide you to the best resources (based on student feedback) and help you figure out when to use each one to make the most out of your resources.
Question: Do you offer a free trial?
There are a few reasons why you might be asking this. While I don't offer a free trial, I understand you may have tried quite a few programs and so you may want to check this program out before committing to it. No worries, if after a few days you decide it's not for you, I'm offering a limited time, 1-week satisfaction guarantee: Try the MCAT Study Hall Self Study program out, and if it's not for you let me know within 1 week of your initial sign up date, and I'll refund your Study Hall cost minus a 4% transaction fee.
